Feeder Leagues

So, I have a league with two levels of minors and then a college feeder league and a high school feeder league. The two feeder leagues have been running for two seasons and I've yet to see players from the high school league make it into the college league. Instead, players are drafted from both the college league and the high school league, while any new replacement players are ones without any prior history. Is it possible to have the high school league feed into the college league, which in turn feeds into the major league? How would I make this happen?

A HS feeder the feeds exclusively into a college feeder is not possible. But players do move from HS to college if they are not drafted of if they are and don't sign. Particularly the latter. It happens just about every time. It comes down to (I think, not 100%) on how many players your feeders produce. In other words if the majority of draft eligible players are in fact drafted leaving few post draft free agents you won't see much movement between the leagues. So the more feeders you have the more players they produce, the more you see going from HS to college. In my game about 35-40% of each draft pool has players with six years of amateur stats. That means in my game 35-40% of undrafted HS players play in the college feeder.
