Should'nt Quinn Ransom Still Be Awarded The Triple Crown?

Finished tied with Tim Duggleby in AVG. Duggleby was named NL batting champ. Led in HR & RBI.

Duggelby's AVG is .3711
Ransom's AVG .3707

Since rounding to the nearest 0 wouldn't they have been tied and Ransom get the Triple Crown?

No, he wouldn't get it, since he didn't win the batting title. If needed, they do go down to the .0001 or even further to determine the champion, there are no ties. Albert Pujols won the NL Batting Crown over Todd Helton in 2003 by .0002 (.3587 to .3585).
