Ticket Pricing help
So, i happen to have a well-fit example... 2 years ~exact attendance ~very similar records etc etc... consecutive years, so loyalty/interest is in the same boat etc etc..
(should be good #'s, cna double check math with picture where i am wrong) 2021 season tickets 52 gate 40 2022 season tickets 58 gate 40 45.71 avg Vs. 44.48 sell $5M fewer season tickets, but 10M more at the gate! +5M change all because i gouged my customers with season ticket pricing. to maximize you also need to increase pricing of tickets throughout any year you are winning alot. it may seem nitpicky, but it is a major factor in next year's budget... i thnk we can all agree that and extra ~80/80 stud hof candidate or simply 25-30M redistributed (not as good but...) is a very nice bonus you can give yourself each year following a strong season. this example is a bit extreme... probably can't price that high without a killer team... but the same applies at ~$25-$35 ticket prices too. i would guess there's an optimum % of sales you want season tickets to be at... that should be beyond negligible returns relative to effort... or you could do more research and eek out that extra couple million.
