Major League ready amateur draft players?

Is there a way to make the draft players ready for major leagues immediately, similar to other professional sports?

It's very simple. You need to be Commissioner Mode. You go to either the Draft Pool or the Free Agent screen and create fictional players. You can do what you want with the other settings but make sure you select that the players are fully developed and eligible for the next draft.
