Incorrect players showing up in playoff home run listing

I know I submitted this a few versions ago so it's been going on a while. I know this is very minor but I see it almost every year in the playoffs so figured I would try again.

Often in the playoff display where it shows the winner and losers of games, home runs hit, etc, it will display players with 0 home runs. These players seem to be random guys from the minor leagues, not even from the teams that are playing the playoffs. I'm not sure if this could be something that just I'm seeing, or related to my settings but figured I'd mention it.

In the picture below - Escalona is a minor leaguer in the Cardinals organization, the other three guys are free agents.
