any way to talk a coach out of retirement?

one of my coaches retired after 35 yrs and he does a good job with my team. is there any way to talk him into coming back for one or two more seasons? I tried offering him a contract, but no option exists.

Easy:

Go into edit profile (or something to that effect. You would probably need to be in commish mode), then tinker away.

Is there away you can "negotiate/lure" them to come out of retirement like offering them a contract? No... Just edit his profile.
