Paramount Baseball League (PBL) Recruiting

The Paramount Baseball League has a core of veteran GM's that have supported this league for many seasons (and years IRL). Whether you are a veteran of online or looking to commit to learning, building and, most importantly, sticking with your franchise, we could use a few new GM's!

This is the first time we are recruiting in OOTP 18, which should tell you about the longevity of this league.

PBL started as an MLB online league but is now wrapping up 2043 so the players are, of course, fictional now. PBL also expanded by two teams years ago to include both Carolina and the return of baseball to Montreal. PLUS, at that time, the league realigned to a somewhat NFL-like division structure and playoff structure. While different from a purely MLB standpoint, it has added a LOT to the league from a competitive and interest standpoint.

This is a GREAT league with a GREAT Commissioner (Red Sox)!

Some of the rule/setting highlights:
Scale - 1-10
Ovr/Pot - Stars
Coaching - Off
Scouts - On 100% (only to discover International talent)
Rule 5 - Enabled
Draft Pick Trading - Yes
MLB minors down to Rookie Leagues

Sims are Every Night (unless notified by Commissioner) and one week in-game at a time.
