Picture Functions/PhotoFit

I was previously using the add-on in OOTP16 for my 1977 league for historical players/Photofit likenesses. I have converted to 18, and I'm noticing that while some players images are correct, others don't seem to appear anything like what I can find online (and are even the wrong ethnicity in some cases).

OOTP18 doesn't seem to have any Add-ons listed in Add-ons central (other than skins). Can anyone confirm that the need for the photo gen add-ons went away with the MLB license in 17 or 18? Should all images be somewhat realistic, or if I import a player from the 20's or 60's could they possibly not be linked to a historical photo file?

Bumping this as I am still noticing that some players are way off (noticed today that Jerry Garvin's picture showed him as fully bearded & black hair as opposed to being clean-shaven and blonde).

Has anyone else noticed issued with the face generation? Am I misunderstanding a setting?

add-ons central has both "Complete Historical and Modern Photo Face Pack"
and "All-in'One" which has player photos( also logos etc.)

do you have the mods loaded into your servers on Add-ons central?

Thanks. I went out and added the 18 mods, and (re) downloaded the Complete Historical Face Gen (I had previously done the equivalent in OOTP16 before importing to 17 demo and 18).

Some look great; however, I still question some of these, though they may correct based on age...but others still are the wrong ethnic background (Dwayne Murphy)

Is there a way to get to the old Add-On Central in OOTP18? All I can see are Steam Workshop mods and I can't find a download link for the "Complete historical and modern photo face pack"

Any help is appreciated.
