Trade Options Question

Okay. So I can designate a player as "on the block", "available" or "untouchable" under the trade options drop down tab. I put my CF "on the block" because he wasn't hitting and I pay him to much. (my problem). Tried to shop him around. No takers. Now he's unhappy. Good for him. (his problem). But, he is now hitting .274, and he is the only guy on my team that is unhappy. So I'll keep him. SO MY QUESTION IS, how do I remove him from the "on the block" option? Is the "AVAILABLE" drop down tab considered a neutral trade stance and if I select that he should slowly forget that I was ready to send him packing and maybe cheer up a little.

If you go under look in Rosters-Overview, locate the (Players on the Trading Block) window. Simply drag your CF to your active roster and it should remove him from the trading block.

You can also change his status to "Available" or "Untouchable", either of which takes him off the trading block automatically.

I'm thinking that available is the default setting.Basically, every one is available for trade unless untouchable is selected. I was concerned because my CF hasn't cheered up for 3-4 weeks since I removed him from the on the block. He's an overpaid whiner, but he's hitting over .270 now. A fan favourite too.

Yes, as far as I know "available" is the default status for player availability. Your CF will get over it eventually, but it might take most of the season or longer for him to do so.
