Minor Leagues: What does this Symbol mean?

Unless I'm missing something I don't see it in the Online Manual.

he's "locked" to that level.

right click him and go to player strategy from that right-click context menu. it's a checkbox on the following screen (multiple ways to get there).

lock guys you care about, then let ai do teh rest -- a way to delegate, but not the important part.

Thanks, but I never locked him and after checking, the lock to level box was NOT checked. I checked & then unchecked the box and now the lock symbol is gone. Strange.
