Waivers

Every player, also the 22 year old at the first promotion to the secondary roster, when asked to put him on waivers, the game give me the alert that it will be "irrevocable waiver". Why?

Not sure, but it's not really true. As long as the player meets to qualifications to do so you'll be able to pull him back from waivers if he's claimed.
