Expansion draft day 1?

No, sorry. Expansion can only be done on July 1st.

You could just Edit him and put him on your Team.

I understand that u have to wait until July 1st to expand the NHL my question is after say July 2017 and u add say a team in Vegas Golden Knights can say 2018 u add a team say like Quebec Nordquies?

The way Expansion currently works in FHM is by expanding the league by 2 teams at a time, so you could add Quebec in in 2017.

This is for a variety of reasons, but expansion has almost always been 2 teams at a time.
