So I just auto simmed the 2017 season and then added 2 new expansion teams at the end of the playoffs to the MLB..

I went to go sign some players and i seen this after my owner said he couldnt approve the FA signing..

so do i have to sim a bit more before the owner gives me more money to spend and before my expansion draft happens?

you'd have to look up real life rules, but i'd assume that's what's supposed to happen.

you can't sign players before the expansion draft.
