Player only meetings effect

What effect does the players only meeting is called? Anything or is it just cosmetic?

think of it as feedback... as opposed to causal

ie homeland security went from orange to yellow ... the color change doesn't cause anything... but somethng spooked them obviously.

when certain qualifications are met, it occurs in game. warning you if oyu hadn't looked recently that something's off in the clubhouse.
