OOTP Download Server Dragging?
Not sure it qualifies as a bug. Trying to download OOTP 18.
My internet speed is running at over 16.9 mbps download. It's not me. The download hangs at 0.1 or 0.2 out 1.1gb and says I have over a day left to download.
