TNBL - 100& Neutral Settings Mixed League

I have been in many online leagues but this will be my first one as commissioner. One thing to note right off the top; I AM NOT CONTROLLING A TEAM. I will be a commish only and try to make it the best experience for my GM's.

The TL;DR of this league is that all settings have been changed to be as neutral as possible giving every GM a level playing field (from Financials to Ballpark Factors.) It's based on 24 MLB teams but is filled with fictional players. Relocation is possible after the first season!

Due to the extensive Financial and Player Origin changes I made I've test simmed to 2028 and everything looks great! Opening game date is Mar 3, 2028 with the reveal of the Draft Pool.

As much as I'd love to do an Inaugural Draft I think it would take too long so you'll just be taking over the teams as they are. Of course, some teams will be contenders, some will be rebuilding, and some will be in-between but I'll have full reports up for you to look at and gauge who you want. To confirm, YOU WILL BE TAKING OVER A TEAM ALREADY FILLED WITH CURRENT FICTIONAL PLAYERS. They will have no stats history as I've wiped the league's history so it will be like a brand new league.

Amateur Draft will be done in StatsLab.

I am very interested in this league, though I have a couple of questions.

1) Is it possible to go with fully fictional teams? Fictional leagues are fantastic, and I've been waiting for someone to start a good one on 18, but I'd hope for full fictional.

2) Could the ratings be up for a vote to go to say 1-10 instead of 100?

Hey good questions.

1) Going to use the current teams for now after the end of the first year I'm going to allow people to move the teams so in the future it will most likely be all fictional at some point.

2) I suppose if enough people wanted to make that change it could be put to a vote for sure.

Thank you for answering my questions. I'm still thinking this over as I've been waiting for a new fictional league for quite a while, but would really prefer to have fictional teams. Makes the league feel more authentic...at least for me. A couple other settings I'm mulling over, but that's the main one.

Best of luck filling the spots though, and if they go before I decide, then best of luck with the league.
