AAA Lineup keeps changing

I'm the GM and Manager of the Braves and I am trying to play Ryan Howard in LF in AAA to give him some reps there. But when I advance a day it completely changes my lineups and he's playing DH, how can I fix this

When you right click on a player's name, there's an option to "Set Game Strategy". Go to this menu, and there will be an option "Force Start/Use At Position" with a dropdown menu - if you pick LF for Howard, your AAA manager will keep him in the starting lineup in LF.
