A lot of things factor into injuries, including your tactics and how many minutes players are playing. We feel there's actually a really good balance as to how healthy/not healthy a team is. However we did add an optional injury reduction modification that is pinned on the top of this board. You can't turn it completely off, but it will tune it down some.

I see a lot about injuries on here but I haven't had that problem. I just finished my first season in a lower league and maybe I just got lucky. I limited minutes, tried to keep everyone from running out of game stamina each game, played my backup goalie when we had back-to-back games and held out a few players here and there when they were tired. I had one 2 month injury and a few week or two injuries but nothing excessive. Just enough to make me use my entire active roster and carry a couple versatile utility guys that could fill in at a lot of positions when I had to dress them for a game.
