First random debut draft class import

Hi guys,
RDBL (Random Debut Baseball League) moved up to 18 for this season and our draft class just imported and players are ML ready, much more so than normal, Pitchers have fantastic hitting ratings, the best hitters POW POT only gets to 55, and somehow all of our players, league wide, have taken a huge hit in power ratings even though in the edit screen the power rating is fine and untouched. Also a handful of teams had a large amount of players go to their DFA even though they did not play for that team or were signed by that team....just came in from FAs.

I tried rescouting the entire league, but the ratings are still messed up.

Files have been uploaded to FTP rdbl.lg is the file name

What I suspect here about the DFA's is that those players were released from the team but were stuck in the know issue of purgatory. ootp 18 fixed that so the players were revealed in dfa.

As for the draft class, if nothing changed in the editor, then there's nothing to worry about. OOTP 18 just changed the way amateur ratings are represented. They seem to be much more conservative, which i think is much more realistic.

Everything has been fine with the move from 17 to 18. Once our draft class was revealed, all of the ratings for everyone in the league went haywire. In the draft class, the best POW POT is 55 and for the players in the the league, everyone got a HUGE nerfing of POW even though in the player editor their underlying numbers are unchanged.

Babe Ruth who was drafted last year is now a 1 star prospect even though his numbers in the editor are unchanged. Its that way for all the hitters in the league.

Our scouting is normal....its not a scouting issue. I've run this league for 24 seasons w/ very little issue. It is something in 18 that screwed up the power ratings for all players.
