I am using the lahman database for my most current game. Will the game continue after the database runs out of rookies? Will I just be able to draft fictional players during the draft, or do I have to quit and start a fictional league?

You'll continue with fictional players. I usually rename them after actual minor leaguers which I get from Baseball America
