No Real Uni's For Historical??

So I thought about playing a historical game for the very first time in OOTP (never have done it, always play fictional with OOTP. Played historical years ago with Baseball Mogul though).

And I turned ON facegen cause I like, you know, the caps and jerseys.... except.... When I went to my team's Home Page (Washington Senators), no Washington Senators uni's. Just generic, game created ones (screenshot).

I thought the new MLB license meant we got all of that, even historical??? Guess not??

Grrr. Guess if I want to continue this I'll have to find and download uni's, caps and stuff (logo is there, so there is THAT LOL).

Probably me being wrong though. Maybe the license didn't include hisotical and I'm just remembering wrong again.

OH WAIT: LOL, I just looked at other teams and they had actual caps and jerseys.... well... most of 'em anyway. Were the Kansas City A's old uniforms Blue and Red (screenshot... I don't really think that's the Kansas City A's cap and jersey.. is it????) My mind is insisting they were Green and Gold just like Oakland's is today... but again, my memory is totally unreliable.

Forget the uni's.... there's something very wrong here....

I created a historical game that began in 1960. Simmed the 1960 season, and then took over the new Washington Senators.

There was never any expansion draft!!!!

It's now opening day 1961 and the only players I have in my entire organization are the ones I drafted in the December 1960 First Year Player Draft.

And there aren't ANY free agents....

Am I supposed to play the 1961 season with 11 players?!?!?!?!

Something is very, very, wrong here.

EDIT: NM, I think I know what happened, and it was my fault (as usual). I think I unchecked the box "Hold Expansion Draft" and that's why there wasn't, you know, any expansion draft. LOL

KC didn't switch to green-and-gold uniforms until 1963. Before that, they had blue caps and red lettering.
