New Patch Blew Up Neutralized Stats

I will post this on the bug reports page, too, but wanted to give folks a heads up here to save some potential grief until this gets fixed.

After the latest patches (.54 and the .56 hotfix), I tried creating a new 1962 historical game using neutralized stats and found the ratings and preseason predictions were deeply messed up. To test whether it was a problem with neutralized stats, I set up another league with real stats. The screenshots below show the differences. League setups are out-of-the-box, with "use development engine" instead of "recalc" selected in both cases. Compare the two, and you will easily see the problem with the neutralized stats setup.

Spritze acknowledged this issue with how the historical data was sent to OOTP. See this thread:

Do we know if this will affect leagues already created under the former build? Can we still advance those leagues? I have another league using neutralized stats, but now I'm a bit concerned that it will go wonky under the new patch.

Thanks.

Nah, that's just the "Beer Softball League" Easter egg. Congrats on finding it!
