What's your go-to favorite way to play OOTP?

Play out each regular season and playoff game in one-pitch mode.

10th year of playing like that and never tried any other way.

I sim day by day and check my minors, the waiver wire, free agents, etc. every single day. In the playoffs I play out every game in one-pitch mode.
