Possible to change free agent draft pick compensation?

Is it possible to change the free agent qualifying offer for a team to give up a third round pick instead of the first? The new compensation rules will begin this offseason, but OOTP 18 still uses the old system. Any way to edit this?

I would love to see more granular detail, so you could toggle sandwich picks, 1st/2d round, etc. Rather than the single toggle for forfeited picks v sandwich picks.

I do not believe that is possible, but those changes will most likely make it into OOTP 19 and will be a selling point of the new version.

I would like the ability to edit the draft order in the game.

You can always do it manually. Keep track of who the eligible players are, who signs them, export draft order, make the changes, import draft order.

I assume the the changes will be made in next year's game, until then this seems like a doable workaround.
