Pre-Existing Injury Issue

I have noticed that if you begin a season with all leagues turned on that the pre-existing injuries do not take into account that the game world starts in early March instead of right before MLB Opening Day. Thus, players will return a month early from an injury during the season. Is their any work around for this issue??

Go into Commish mode and edit each players injury time.

Yes but each team has over 100 players beginning the season in the DL.

Didn't say it would be easy, but unfortunately that is the only way to update the injury time so players are out after the season starts.
