Player Popularity Logic

If I have a player that has made the all-star game two consecutive years shouldn't their National and Local popularity be higher than insignificant?

I'm in 2nd year of my Brewers save and Lewis Brinson made the all-star team for the 2nd consecutive year, yet his popularity is insignificant. IRL if a young up and coming made the all-star game in consecutive years, he would be a household name around the league.

Check that - now that I examine further he is actually Unknown nationally. Back to back all-star games and apparently outside of Milwaukee no one familiar with the MLB would even recognize his name.

There was talk about changing this in 18 but I haven't played out enough to see. Someone said they were going to change it so national and local popularity wouldn't always be the same. I often edited players to correspond to the kinds of info you mention.
