Below is my budget info on the first day of the off-season, but for some reason when I try to execute a trade or sign a free agent I am told that I am $15 million in the hole, which is going to make it very difficult to add anyone to the roster. Help please!

Can't believe I overlooked the part where it says 134m expenses to date on a 120m budget. Silly.

Maybe I need to see the red text otherwise it doesn't click for me.
