Spring training?

Just started a tigers franchise and I don't see the option to play through spring training? Can you not do the spring training for the first season or do I have to enable some thing?

Also I read somewhere that spring training you can train players at new positions and get 3 'changes' compared to 1 during the regular season? Is that true? How does that work?

Any input is appreciated..

My games have all started just before opening day. I don't know how to change it.

I haven't heard of teaching 3 positions during spring training, but by no means does that mean anything. I do know it takes some time in the minors. When you say 'changes' does that mean evaluation/ratings changes? That would be great if that happens during spring training.

MLB QuickStart starts after spring training. I believe other types can start with spring training.
