dkloosh Minors (Rookie Ball) Join Date: Mar 2014 Posts: 33	2017 MLB Fantasy Draft Questions Can you have a MLB fantasy draft with JUST MLB Players, no minor leaguers ? Can you set the amount of rounds you want to draft ? After the draft can you trade players to any team of choice ? (If so does this reflect salary cap issues ?) Thanks for your feedback
