Windowed Mode Issues

I hope I can find some assistance with my issue as I have been lost searching thus far...

I have been playing the game on my Mac after purchasing on release day. During that entire time, I have been playing in windowed mode.

When I booted up today, for whatever reason, the game ran in full screen mode on startup. I attempted to alter the settings to windowed from the main menu to no avail.

I have even tried editing the config so that full_screen is set to "0".

Needless to say, I am at a loss. I would say that it doesn't really matter, except that it does; I play on my laptop whilst I multi-task watching/listening to mlb.tv. I am an addict indeed.

Any assistance would be appreciated.
