International Amateur Free Agents

I have a standard game in 2017. When the international amateur free agents came out, they were all batters except a single player and all from the Dominican Republic. I did not change the fictional player settings. Has anyone else experienced this problem and will this be the same every year?

I did not take note of the positions of the players but in my league they were all of Dominican origin as well.

Yeah the first year is a little wacky. All Dominican players and one pitcher. After the first season everything looks normal.

I believe Lukas said this was due to real players and things are currently known on hitters and not pitchers.
