Editing databse

Hello guys,

It seems there is no editor for FHM3.

I was wondering if it is possible to edit ratings, team affiliations or stuffs like that - not just ingame (in commissioner mode) - but to make a new custom DB and play with it for all our future games ?

OTTP doesn't have one either meaning outside of Game.
