Player Radars
Hello all,
I wonder if you can help me with something. I've been searching for an example of individual player radars for baseball players. These are essentially spider graphs that offer a graphical representation of statistical performance. Have any of you came across these in your baseball travels? Thanks in advance. |

This is definitely not available in the game as is. A lot of people put game data into Excel for their own random purposes. I really like the way these look, I might just try to build myself in XL

I was just wondering if anyone had seen these anywhere specifically for baseball. The vales for each category should be easy enough to come by. I just need a guideline for what to include for pitchers or for batters etc |

This is something from Football Manager that I love. It's a very quick way to determine attributes and see how players stack up to one another.

My thoughts are to use it as a tool to quickly compare players for trades/free agency etc |

I dont think these are common in baseball because weighted stats provide a much better look at the value of a player. Look for stats that start with wXXX. These stats provide a great look at a player by looking at values by how important they seem to be by looking at tens of thousands of data points.
