Ask the Trainer?
So Jerry Blevins had a Day-Day injury on May 3rd with a strained forearm that was supposed to take 4 weeks to heal. As it seemed to diminish his abilities quite a bit I sent him to the DL.
On May 29th I got this message from my Trainer: Jerry Blevins - Recovery Unclear: You have just been informed from your team trainer that Jerry Blevins is still suffering from a forearm strain, and that right now it is unclear when a full recovery can be expected. The less he plays, the better his chances for a speedy recovery. It is now June 11th and not heard anything since. So Jerry is languishing on the DL and it seems like he is still banged up. My question is... can I ask my trainer WTF is going on with Blevins here? I don't see anywhere to ask the trainer like you would the scout, but curious if I am missing something here. Or do I just need to wait for an update when the trainer so sees he needs to tell me something? A Day-Day injury that is taking this long to heal with no progress does not sound good for Mr.Blevins but we shall see! |

No, you just have to wait for him to heal. Or let him play through the injury if you're willing to risk it.

or if you really can't wait go into the player editor and it will tell you the exact days he has left.

That actually (sadly) sounds like a perfect simulation of Ray Ramirez and the rest of the Metsies' "medical experts".

Considering their orthopedist diagnosis of Stephen Matz was that "We found nothing wrong." and Matz goes out for an outside opinion and says he's got a flexor strain that raises some questions about the Mets training staff.
