Outfield Assists - AI is throwing out runners at 100%

So small sample size but in two games in 18 I have had 4 guys thrown out at home with outfield assists. The last one was a deep hit to center field where the guy threw out the fastest guy in the league...

This was brought up during Beta, is there a planned fix?

I've not had this problem in large samples. I've had guys thrown out but at not crazy rates.
