Roster change

So I just got a notice that someone is eligible to come off the DL. However, when I try to take him off it and put him on the reserve roster I get a message saying I can't do that in the middle of a playoff series. If I try to advance the day the game says I have to remove the player from the DL!

Anyone have any suggestions how I can move forward? Also making it frustrating is my team was eliminated on the same day!

If you're stuck, and you're not playing Challenge mode, then you can commissioner mode the player to the roster you need and take him off the DL.

If you're in Challenge mode, then I wish I had another answer. Seems like you're stuck in a programming loop.

I ended up having to go into commish mode. Even in that it would not let me put him on the roster or reserve roster. So I made him have an allergic reaction out for 2 more weeks. haha.
