Team history register missing players

Why arent the history batter and pitching registers complete currently playing as baltimore and im missing all my current players as well as the leaders in many categories is there anyway to fix this?Can this be fixed in a future patch i know its not a big problem that bothers people but it would be nice if they were up to date as well as updated as time goes by.
