Deleting Personnel

So there are about 2100 personnel in my league right now. I want to delete about 1500 of them. Aside from deleting each one manually, does anyone know a faster way?

Been asking for mass delete/create for pers for a long time. Only thing I can suggest is filter them as much as possible and then go about deleting 1 at a time. Still a PITA though.
