Windows Tablet

Would love to play OOTP 18 on a Windows tablet.

Will it work?

Depends on the tablet you have. I use to play on the surface pro 3 all the time. I am actually planning on buying a surface pro just for this game.

The game itself ran excellent. No issues at all. I wouldn't recommend anything less then an intel i5.

Ive ran both 17 and 18 on a Surface 3.
It runs fine when you sim one season but when you sim multiple seasons
i found the tablet would get hot. The fan would kick on but the tablet stayed warm.
Overheating may have been the reason my previous surface 3 just stopped working. I was barely able to get a replacement as my one year warranty was almost up.

I played OOTP 17 on a 10 inch Asus Transformer tablet with Windows 10 just fine. It was difficult at first to drag players into lineups at first but with practice it became manageable. I wouldn't buy anything smaller than 10 inches for OOTP.

Yeah I know what you mean. On the surface pro, having the pen was a must.

I payed on the surface before as well! Awesome playing on the go like that. It's been a few years though. I think I played OOTP14 or 15 on it. Ended up returning the surface because I didn't "need" it.

ootp 18 doesn't seem to run as well on my Surface as 17. Not sure why but
if i minimize the game i can click on the icon, nothing happens. This is after i have simmed a season. I had to close out and when i restarted the league was gone. Yet its still in the saved games folder.
It runs great on my desktop. i think i will have to play it on my desktop and laptop.

I've had no issues other than the ability to use touch is somewhat limited. In the box scores, for example, I can't swipe up and down to scroll through the page. I find that frustrating as I am completely used to doing that see days.

Have had no issues running OOTP 18 on a Surface Pro 3 it is far easier than all the trouble I had getting FHM 3 to work on the same machine.
