Major League Debut!

So it's 2019 and I just traded David Price to the Rockies for a couple of pitching prospects, the #17 and the #46 overall. The #17 was in AAA and started immediately and in his first game, got pretty well lit up to the tune of 5IP 10H 4ER 3BB 0K, and then left the game with a torn finger tendon, meaning he will miss the rest of the season.

The #46 prospect, Peter Lambert hadn't pitched above AA, but now I had a hole in my rotation with Price in Colorado and Castellani on the DL. So ya....all he did was come in and not allow a single base hit until the ninth inning. Unfortunately, he wasn't even able to get the win as we were up 1-0, walk, single/error, ground out; game tied. Still, 8 hitless innings for someone who had never pitched above AA is pretty darn good.
