You cant re-activate FaceGen or Fictional Pics once league is started?

I created a league where I had FaceGen disabled in the general Game Settings. I then played a few games.

I noticed the pawns are not using the correct colors. For example, San Diego is in blue and should be in that horrid yellow and brown.

I went back and enabled Face Gen, but when I go to the League Settings screen, everything is gray.

So just want to confirm before I recreate the league that I have to have Face Gen and Fictional Pictures enable from the start, or its too late.

You can enable/disable FG/Pics at anytime, unless something changed in 18.

There are several options to regenerate pictures on the League Settings / Players & Facegen tab.
