Double Elimination: Is this how it's supposed to work?

So, despite that I haven't yet been able to import my league, I'm still fooling around with the new features we have in 18, including setting up a playoff (for a league that may never play, as I hope to instead import my OOTP 17 world)...using the modified double elimination.

The bracket looks fine, except that when the final two teams emerge from the double elimination round (the winner of the winners' bracket vs. the winner of the losers' bracket)...the winner of the losers' bracket is listed below and thus has home field advantage. That seems backwards.

Sort of minor, I guess, but I doubt that's how it's intended to work....
