Association Playoff issue

So OOTP 18 cleared my old association playoff I had from OOTP 17 when I imported the game over. When I go to manually re-setup the association playoffs, the game will not allow me to seed teams instead of placing them by position. Although the option is there to seed the teams, when selected it doesn't do anything

This has been fixed in the upcoming patch.

Does not look like the patched fixed the issue

Although I have "Seeding (by Winning %)" selected, it is still sorting the teams by position

So upon farther investigation, it appears that this is limited to my league only. Looks like the file may be messed up somehow

You may need to reset and restart with creating the playoffs.

Hmm. When I go to reset the association playoffs the game crashes

Apologies, yes, it looks like resetting for associations in that dialog is not working. You should be able to simply re-select the various options to get them to be set up as you wish.

My association playoffs matchups are being changed by the game after I set them up and confirm. The playoffs still run in the correct format but it is ignoring the specific matchups I create.

Okay, I got it to stick. I just reset the playoff qualification rules, reset the playoffs, exited out, set them back to Champions qualify, made the matchup changes, hit confirm again. For some reason that worked once I made it think about the playoffs all over again. Previously I had only been changing the matchups without all the other actions.
