WBC Tourney - CPU Changing Teams
I imported a solo league from v17 that consisted of 12 European domestic leagues with an Association beginning in 1991. Post-import, I added a WBC-style tournament in the pre-season, with a team from each country, to occur every four years.
![]() The first incarnation in 1992 went off exactly as modeled. ![]() However, on the first day of the 1996 season, the names and locations of the tournament teams were changed, which completely wrecked the team selection and tourney. ![]() I've re-run this scenario several times, and the exact same thing happens each time. By default, the WBC-style tournament has nations rotate based on talent, so it looks like that's what happened here. If you wish to have full control of teams manually, I would suggest making sure that you have it set on "fixed teams", and in that case, nothing should change in the structure between iterations of the tournament.
If you do have it set on fixed teams and it's still doing that, if you could upload a league file from just before it changes the teams around, that would be greatly appreciated. |
