Linux Order Page Working?

I pre-ordered the Windows version and all is well.
More on that later.
But I also want to order he Linux version.
When it directs you to the store page (you enter your name and email to sign up),
but I never received a response email for the password for the store. Yes I've checked junk / spam folder.

I also just realized that if you try to order the Linux version via the in game pop-up in the demo,
It takes you to the PISD page with OOTP 10 on it.

Looks like the same thing is happening here. I entered my e-mail and username, but no reply on my e-mail for the login info.

Do to an excessive amount of Spam the PISD mail server went down a few days back. I have installed a new, more robust email server so the issue should now be fixed.

Your email might have gone astray due to the changes. You can request a resend by filling in the "Help I have forgotten my login details..." section here:

If you are still having trouble, send an email to someone@pisd.co.uk with a reminder of your problem and I will look into your specific account in case there is a more complex issue at play.

I believe this is now fixed. So if you did not get your sign up email try requesting it again from the lost login system described above.
