How do i do manual Manager of the Year voting?

It should be available in the Awards Voting section the day after the postseason is over. I assume you would do it manually the same way you can do MVP, CYA, ROY, GG, SS, Reliever of the Year etc.

but when i do it it's not there

I don't think it is possible to vote for Manager of the Year (Hope I'm wrong). I voted for my awards last night and didn't see a section for Manager of the Year either. I'm thinking the new feature may be that you can name the award, not the recipient of it. Again, I hope I'm wrong because I would like to be able to vote also.

Yes, we've added the ability to name it, as in if you want to call it the "Jack Adams" award. You cannot currently select it manually, although I'm sure we'll add in that ability either later this year or in a future release.
