Trying to Pre-order OOTP 18 But Order Not Going Through

Just pointing this out here as have not got a reply to my emails from the store yet and the clock is ticking for pre-order.

If any from the store side could answer their emails that would be great thanks.

Are your trying to order from the Steam store?

My understanding is that pre-order is not available via Steam this year.

Someone who had this issue mentioned that they simply tried ordering on their phone and it worked. Maybe that would work for you as well?

Try another browser and/or clear your cache. Both have worked for me.

Lukas stated what worked for me! I tried computer and tablet...phone was the only way that it let me proceed.

On my computer, I tried CC and PayPal.

They just emailed me back and said they are investigating but it might take a few days. They didn't offer to do a phone purchase.

Unfortunately the presale discount ends in a few days as well so I don't know. We will see I guess.

Lukas is there a phone number for the store? I could not find one. I might try that.

I believe Lukas means they purchased it via the online store on there phones web browser.

Well tried a different browser and still get the same message. Im not going to go through entering all that info on my phone browser.

If they cannot get their store fixed then I will just play OOTP 17 and they will just miss out on this sale I guess. Having store issues and the only option for customers is for them to have to jump through hoops to buy their product, not such a good business plan.
