First problem. Historical ghost players
Tried out a 1902 WBC jusgt for fun. Of course most countries have no players in the league.

When they get created, they don't come as modifiers of 1902 but 2017.
Ie the new pitchers have super K stuff, the batters are hitting a ton of home run power. So somewhere is a glitch telling what player creation ratings to use.
