Sim Baseball Classic is rebooting fresh, will be looking for some GM's

Hey guys SBC is going to be looking for GM's as we are rebooting to a fresh start after running the past almost 3 years. We are currently letting OOTP 18 bugs get worked out and also determining which of our current GM's are returning and what teams they are requesting. GM's that are already in the league are getting to pick what teams they want due to seniority. Once that process is complete (hopefully this weekend the 25th/26th) I will update this post with the available teams but wanted to get the word out. We do require Slack for communication as I feel it's very good for keeping things active and everyone easy to reach.

Some details about the league (Please read the above description first so no confusion)

Awesome. I'd definitely be interested. I haven't played OOTP for 5 or 6 years now. I started playing around with 18 last night and can't wait to get home from work today to play again. Some questions as I'm getting reacquainted to everything:

1. How does turning off coaches and scouts affect things?
2. How do people watch live sims?
3. Is slack something you have to purchase or is it a free program?

1. No scouts = everyone see's ratings as the same and accurately for what they are.
No coaches = coaching staff would usually have some small to significant impact on development or lack there of for players.

2. Sims are able to be watched via web browser and it updates every 10-30 seconds or so depending on settings

3. Slack is completely free and available for pc/mac/mobile.

I'd be interested as well. The scouting off kinda irks me though. I would think that we would want that mystery in the game.

Hey guys thanks for the interest. I promise not ignoring anyone, I just want to wait till we get our current GM's sorted out with what they are doing. Saturday or Sunday I will have a list of teams available for everyone.
