Looking for a bad team

Hey, I'm looking for a bad team that is open for ootp5. Only thing is it must have a decent (around 15th in the league) farm system. Preferably, I'd like a league that doesn't use scouts/coaches, but I will still join if your league does use them.

Hey! The CWBL has a few teams that could use some help.
